Iris 7: Iris Ghost Wool warp, hand-dyed wool weft 16 by 21 inches In a variation of eccentric weft weave (woven sideways, from the left side), I wove bands of triangles. After all the green in the previous six weavings, as the year closed in and darkened I felt a strong need for red. I finished this weaving on the Day of the Dead, November 1.
